Daily LIVE group workout sessions. 

  1. You can choose between 4 daily time slots to join in and do your workout in a group format. The times are: 5:15am / 6:00am / 7:00am / 17:30pm. 
  2. Can’t catch the live workout but want to follow along? Every live session is recorded, with a link shared on our WhatsApp group that you can follow in your own time. 

Access to the Fitness Studio Training App. Progress tracking made easy. All your workouts are loaded into one premium app, privately set up for your goals. Have everything in one place!
