Our Design-It-Yourself WORKOUT PLAN contains 2 workouts, a bodyweight blast and a complete upper body and lower body workout.
Each workout contains groups of exercises. These groups are split into upper body, core, lower body and combination exercises. In each of these groups you have an option of 3 exercise moves to choose from.
To design your own workout, simply pick 1 move from each exercise group. The combinations are endless (well, in fact you can create 12,871 different workout possibilities). You can mix and match different movements to make your own workout- it can be a new one every time!
