8 Week Shredded Summer Workout


When it comes to crafting the ultimate physique you’re after two things – more muscle and less body fat. To that end, we’ve created a traditional upper body-lower body bodybuilding split routine with a calorie-crushing, fat-blasting metabolic conditioning split that consists of a metcon and a superset circuit.

The key to keep progressing towards your goal in such a short period of time is to constantly keep challenging your body and forcing the adaptations you’re imposing on it. To achieve this we’ve applied the training principle of progressive overload to this 8-week plan.

By increasing the stimulus every second week, be it with greater volume or more weight, we continue to stress the muscles in a manner that will deliver continued gains during the programme.
